Position Overview
The HR Staffing Coordinator supports the HR team by managing recruitment-related administrative tasks, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to assist in the efficient and timely hiring of qualified candidates. The HR Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the overall staffing goals of the organization.
- Recruitment Administration:
- Ensure hiring materials (e.g., flyers, job boards) include accurate job details and collaborate with HR on updates and improvements.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates.
- Hire and place candidates in roles that align with their skills, availability, and program needs.
- Maintain recruitment records, including job boards, school contacts, event calendars, and candidate pipelines.
- Pre-boarding and Onboarding Support:
- Serve as the primary liaison for candidates during the pre-boarding and onboarding phases.
- Assist candidates with questions and provide necessary materials and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and track background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
- Organize and manage logistics for new hire orientation, including extending offers, collecting required documents, and ensuring timely completion.
- Retention and Employee Relationship Management:
- Support employee retention by fostering positive relationships with staff and identifying opportunities for re-placement or program changes.
- Collaborate with programs to ensure employee hours are maximized based on their availability and organizational needs.
- Actively monitor and address employee satisfaction through ongoing engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- Staffing Coordination and Coverage:
- Work collaboratively with program teams to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive staffing plans.
- Provide short-term or emergency staffing coverage as needed.
- Track key metrics, including per diem usage, transfers, and overtime, and implement strategies to optimize staffing efficiency.

Qualifications

Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing or Human Resources required

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related felid preferred.

Driver's License Requirement: Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle
