This is your chance to lead programs that make a difference every day.About the RoleAs the Day Program Director, you’ll manage operations for two Generations Day Program sites, fostering an engaging and supportive environment for participants and staff. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll ensure programs meet person-centered goals, regulatory standards, and community integration objectives.Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized service plans aligned with participant goals.Lead and mentor a team of program staff, promoting professional growth and accountability.Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and Medicaid regulations, including quality assurance reviews.Build and maintain relationships with families, guardians, and community partners.Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to maximize program efficiency.Monitor participant progress, maintaining detailed documentation and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.Actively engage in crisis management and problem resolution, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.Qualifications Education Requirement : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Special Education) required.
