KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide individual and family therapy, including play therapy, gender affirming therapy and couples therapy.
- Assess patients and develop tailored treatment plans
- Set and evaluate therapeutic goals
- Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate with other services for holistic care
- Perform case management
- Adhere to agency policies and fulfill additional duties as needed
- Ability to write reports identifying patient goals, outcomes, and intervention

PAY : $60,035.50 - $81,096 annually (DOE)
LOCATION : 6385 Corporate Dr #303, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 (onsite)
