Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews and manage logistics, including video conferences, phone screens, office visits, and debrief meetings.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and interviewers, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Manage and organize a heavy schedule of candidate activities and calendars.
- Maintain organized records, including email inboxes (both personal and team shared).
- Assist with recruitment projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience supporting a recruiting team or working as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Some knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and employment laws is preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Proven experience managing heavy calendars and scheduling.
