Personal Care Home is currently looking to hire an experienced and qualified Administrator.
Job Summary
The Administrator will responsible for taking the lead in directing all the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the long term care facility. Administrator will be responsible for the operational and financial viability and growth, and will report directly to the CEO. Will be responsible to ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times.
Candidate must be a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator. Experience as a Personal Care Home administrator is preferred. Experience in Personal Care Home management is required
