Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Translate Spanish to English, and English to Spanish
- Assist with document review and organization
- Maintain and update legal case files and databases
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Skills:
- Must be fluent Spanish speaker
- Administrative tasks
- Clerical duties (filing, photocopying, scanning)
