As a Clerical Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and customer support duties. Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Administrative Support:
- Assist senior team members with all administrative duties - prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain organized client filing systems electronically
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including email and packages
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Customer Support:
- Assist clients, trusted advisors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate personnel
- Process billing and other service-related requests
- Obtain and create client documents from Insurance Company partners
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience educational requirement; and any preferred level of education
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- A "people person" with superior client service orientation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Adaptability to a changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as part of a team
