Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care within our health system. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with our Medical Director to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Duties:
- Patient Education: Develop personalized education plans to empower patients with the knowledge they need to manage their health.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient interactions, including medical histories, exam results, and treatment plans.
- Community Events: Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness and education.
- Patient Care Plans: Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with RNs and the Medical Director.
- Medical Histories and Exams: Conduct thorough medical histories and exams to inform treatment decisions.
- Lab Studies and Treatment: Order lab studies and provide treatment for chronic diseases under the guidance of the Medical Director.
Requirements:
- Current Texas nursing licensure or PA license
- Valid DEA license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
