Responsibilities

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant/Registered (CNA/NAR) to provide hands-on care for residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care based on individual care plans
  • Checking and recording vitals
  • Performing AM/PM cares, including catheter care
  • Observing and reporting resident status
  • Documenting in electronic medical records
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas
