Position Overview
The primary responsibility of our Client Service Associate/Paraplanner is to collaborate with a Financial Advisor providing excellent customer support for our clients. The successful candidate will participate in client meetings but not in an advice or sales capacity.
The Client Service Associate/ Paraplanner will be responsible for involvement in all aspects of pre-client-meeting activities, such as preparation of meeting agendas, client paperwork, data gathering and taking notes during appointments as well as post-client-meeting tasks such as scheduling and executing follow up tasks, entering notes into our client relationship software and maintaining the client relationship.
Much of the work required of the Client Service Associate/Paraplanner will surround assisting the Advisor in Financial Planning meetings using the MoneyGuide Pro platform. The candidate will be required to master the software program that is related to portfolio management, performance reporting and financial planning.
Qualifications
- · Experience—Insurance or Investment experience, minimum 3 years
- Experience in using Money Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus
- · Licenses—Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain
- · Work Authorization—United States (required)
