Position Summary: Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate, crafting personalized gifts during our 1st shift (6:30 AM-3:00 PM). Earn $15.00 hourly and contribute to a positive, dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment.
- Load/unload fixtures, perform cleaning, and minor maintenance.
- Identify and report quality issues promptly.
- Read and match item labels accurately.
- Work independently and as a team player.
- Assist other departments when needed.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible during peak periods. (Facility open 24/7)
