Seeking Qualified Candidates with a clean driving record and Chauffeur's license to transport clients, in our passenger van, as needed daily. Hours are 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm. Full-time preferred but will consider part-time as well. Daytime position for our Canton and Plymouth Locations. We are a substance use disorder program.
Job description
Personalized Nursing LIGHT House, Inc. preference for candidates with training in, and experience with, providing trauma related services. “We take affirmative efforts to hire individuals with disabilities, including those in recovery”.
1. Transport clients to and from housing and program(s) using the company-provided passenger van.
2. Perform apartment monitor checks.
3. Assist with admissions and discharges.
4. Arrange for rides, meetings, housing, food, clothing, and other resources as appropriate.
5. Use the LIGHT Model in all interactions.
6. Other duties as assigned.
