Job description PersonalRX is a rapidly growing mail-service pharmacy. We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our senior team. This new hire will help manage our new business and implement projects to increase patient service and quality and grow our profitability. You will work alongside the COO, SVP Operations, and Pharmacist-In-Charge to make these exciting projects a reality. Responsibilities : Assist in managing the pharmacy operations to ensure that all patient orders are received several days before the next start date using the most economical shipping method Work with the SVP Operations and COO to implement new business capabilities and functions Review pharmacy operations and identify improvements to drive productivity and operations efficiency Assist the SVP Operations and PIC in resolving daily operational issues Establish performance goals (KPIs), allocate resources, and assess policies for key operations to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives Assist in motivating and supporting a high-performance operational team, and attract and attain top talent Monitor telephony reports to ensure abandonment rate and TSF remain above thresholds Work with the Operations team to ensure sufficient supply of all non-drug supplies Work with the COO to provide the required information to maintain URAC certification Conduct biweekly reviews with direct reports Conduct skip-level reviews monthly with other key staff Conduct annual reviews with direct reports and ensures that the appropriate manager for all other staff completes all annual reviews The operations manager we are looking for must have the following experience : At least five years of operations experience working in a fast-paced operation Successful implementation of high-priority projects that help the company grow revenue and increase margin / profitability Ability to lead teams to achieve consistent results Ability to retain, mentor and grow staff Experience in the healthcare industry and pharmacy operations (Preferred) You must also be : A fast learner A team player Detail oriented Willing to take on challenges Able to work independently Able to leverage prior experience to improve operations Ability to work on several key initiatives at the same time Education : College degree required Work Location : In person Job Type : Full-time Pay range : $120,000-$140,000 annual salary (based on skills / experience) Benefits : 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule : 8-hour shift Pay : $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Schedule : 8-hour shift Education : College degree Experience : Operations management : 5 years (Required) pharmacy operations : 5 years (Preferred) Healthcare operations : 5 years (Preferred) Powered by JazzHR
