A highly acclaimed, rapidly growing hospitality group in NYC is seeking a Director of Marketing to take the lead on all branding, communications, and campaign execution across a stunning portfolio of award-winning restaurants, chic bars, private clubs, and bespoke event spaces.

You’ll work directly with ownership and senior leadership to bring brand narratives to life and drive real impact across multiple verticals — including F&B, events, and lifestyle experiences.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the full 360° marketing strategy — from high-level brand positioning to on-the-ground execution
- Develop and manage a robust marketing calendar including holiday activations, new menus, events, and evergreen programming
- Lead all digital content creation, including email, social media, website updates, and third-party platforms
- Collaborate closely with culinary, FOH, operations, and sales teams to align messaging and storytelling with guest experience
- Partner with top-tier PR agencies, photographers, and creatives to develop visual and written assets that truly stand out
- Write sharp, engaging copy and oversee brand tone across all touchpoints
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple concepts with unique personalities and audiences
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance — and continuously optimize strategy based on results
- Spearhead reputation management, community engagement, and influencer partnerships
- Visit venues regularly to ensure on-site brand execution, team alignment, and creative inspiration
- Provide boots-on-the-ground support for new openings, press events, and brand activations
- Conduct periodic market research and trend analysis to keep the group ahead of the curve
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
- Proven success building and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and revenue
- A true creative who loves storytelling, understands visuals, and knows how to connect emotionally with guests
- Experience working with PR teams, social media strategy, digital content, and reputation management platforms
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple brands, timelines, and deliverables with ease
- Sharp copywriting and editing abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with ownership and leadership teams
- A deep love for hospitality and a strong pulse on NYC’s dining, nightlife, and cultural scene
- Willingness to work on-site 4 days a week and travel as needed for openings and research trips
