Attorney - Clinton Township

Multi-disciplinary and multi-state law firm is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 3 years of civil litigation and/or municipal law experience to join their busy Macomb County office.

Skills and Educational Requirements

• JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials.
• Current Michigan Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of three years of litigation and/or municipal law experience
• Ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.
• High energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new projects and learn new skills quickly.
• Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and electronic discovery platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner, along with a commitment to provide clients with high-quality services.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
