DOCKETING SPECIALIST - Detroit
Large Michigan law firm seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist for their downtown Detroit office in a hybrid role.
Working as an IP Docketing Specialist, you will :
- Be responsible for downloading, docketing and reporting all incoming electronic mail from the USPTO and WIPO
- Prepare and distribute docket reports as requested by attorneys and team members
- Communicate with USPTO and WIPO to confirm deadlines
- Docket U.S. and foreign patent and trademark dates
- Manage correspondence with foreign agents and interact with attorneys and agents across multiple office locations
- Be accountable for meeting established deadline
- Proofread and file IP documents with the USPTO.
