We are currently working with a client, seeking qualified candidates for their Inside Sales / Fulfillment position based out of McDonough, GA.
ABOUT THE JOB
The role of the Inside Sales / Fulfillment will be responsible for the following duties :
- Engaging customers via inbound telephone calls and creating rate quotes, taking orders, and confirming the delivery of the orders. The position receives 3-7 calls a day and they all require a lol of steps to complete the process.
- Maintaining accurate knowledge of all the products in stock and verifying inventory on a monthly basis.
- Providing information to customers regarding firearms, accessories, ammunition, tactical gear, and other similar products.
- Helping to pick, pack, and ship orders as needed.
- Providing professional customer service from the moment the order is placed all the way to the successful delivery of the order to the customer.
