Industrial Sales Associate

We are searching for a highly skilled, motivated team player with experience in industrial sales. We need an individual to fill the role of Store/Sales Associate. The successful candidate will maintain a professional appearance, have sales experience, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Responding to customer questions and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintaining sales floor appearance
• Increasing store sales
• Cross-selling products
• Superior product knowledge
• High attention to detail

Experience

• Previous experience in industrial sales or customer service is required
• Familiarity with industrial parts and/or environment
• Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions and assisting customers effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• A willingness to learn about products and sales techniques to enhance customer engagement.
