Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality protocols. The Quality Control Lab Technician will work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that our products consistently meet customer expectations.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines to assess product dimensions.
- Perform quality audits and document findings in accordance with CGMP and ISO 9001 standards.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and any non-conformance issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to enhance product reliability.
- Stay informed about FDA regulations and industry best practices related to quality control.
Experience
- Previous experience in a quality control or laboratory environment is preferred.
- Familiar with FDA regulations, and quality audit processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with fabrication processes may be beneficial for understanding product specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
