Compensation & Benefits :
Salary range : $100,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities :
Review tender documents, plans, specifications, and owner requirements
Perform quantity take-offs using AGTEK and Bluebeam
Solicit and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
Attend site visits and take field measurements as needed
Prepare bid proposals, subcontractor comparison sheets, and estimate turnovers
Maintain CRM database and process RFIs
Assist with project cost control and change orders
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
Utilize HCSS Heavy Bid software for project estimation
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in road construction estimating
