We have an immediate opening for a Customer Accounts Coordinator at a local retail store in Dothan, AL. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse clientele and showcase your customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of band instruments.
Pay will start at $15.00 per hour and the store is open Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 5 : 30pm. If you work a Saturday then you will get a day off during the week.
Customer Accounts Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product-related questions
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
