We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Care Representative to join a team in Dothan, AL. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on problem-solving and fast-paced, multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. They have both day and night shift openings available with daytime hours being flexible between 6 : 30am - 3 : 30pm or 9am - 6pm and night shift hours being 4pm - 12am. Both shift works Monday - Friday with no weekends!
