Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual who loves making a positive impact? We’re looking for a dynamic First Impressions Specialist to join a team in Dothan, AL. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while supporting the team with essential administrative and client service tasks.

Compensation & Benefits :

Pay : $16-18 / hr
Benefits : 15 days PTO, 20 paid holidays, 401k plan with 6% match.

First Impressions Specialist Responsibilities :

Greet clients, manage calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Handle mail, maintain office supplies, organize documents, and ensure a clean, welcoming office.

Update CRM, assist with client binders and delivery, and prepare gift bags for prospects.

Manage team emails, coordinate internal scheduling, and support meeting preparations.

First Impressions Specialist Qualifications :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

CRM experience is a plus.

Positive attitude and team player.
