We are a small, but growing Recruitment Agency Start-up looking for Account Executives / Business Development specialists to run our recruiting desks!
This is a full-time, remote role, that specializes in Business Development and Account Management.
Must be motivated, persistent, convivial, determined, comfortable with cold calling, deal well with rejection, have phone skills, and be organized.
You will be required to make 70 calls a day, send 40 emails a day, and trying to connect with 20 people on LinkedIn a day.
We use Loxo as our CRM / ATS, Agency Leads as a lead generation platform, and use ZipRecruiter (obviously), CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed, as well as other job boards and resume databases. Alternative sources such as Reddit and Git-Hub are encouraged, as well.
You will be required to maintain your recruitment pipelines and answer emails / messages and make calls relevant to ongoing business on top of your business development efforts. While we do have a lead generation platform, it will be important to remember to mine your candidates for lead data, as well. Finding out where they are interviewing, who the hiring managers are, and getting their contact information, as well as getting references, which can also be used as leads, has always been and will always be a phenomenal source of leads in this business.
We do have an admin to help us with stuff like listing jobs, streamlining our platforms, helping us to stay organized, maintaining our calendars, and scheduling meetings and interviews for us, if we so desire.
PLEASE NOTE : This is a remote only (must have a computer and phone), commission only role with no benefits for the time being. As we grow, we will transition to a model that includes salaries, which you will be welcome to, if you so desire. All Account Executives and Recruiters are currently 1099, though we will likely make W-2 an option as we grow as well. That being said, in recognition of the fact that this is not an optimal situation at the moment, we are offering new hires who join us at this level a fast track to equity or franchising.
