The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with our Business Development team and each division.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitations
- Coordinate the proposal response process by working with team members, managing deadlines, and ensuring adherence to proposal requirements
- Develop and maintain proposal content, keeping it up-to-date and ensuring its accuracy.
- Maintain the contract database, storage of executed contracts and oversight of the contract routing and review process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work
- Experience in proposal development, with knowledge of RFP and RFQ processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business or Communications, is preferred
- Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
