Perspective Wealth Advisors LLC is seeking an Investment & Trading Specialist to manage and execute investment strategies, oversee trading operations, and provide analytical insights for portfolio management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in portfolio rebalancing, trade execution, investment research, and tax-efficient investing.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $90,000- $120,000 annually
Classification: Full Time Exempt with Benefits
Reports To: Principal/Owner
Location: Loveland, Colorado
- Trade Execution: Manage and execute client-level trades with precision and adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Portfolio Rebalancing: Oversee firm-level rebalancing to align with model recommendations, risk parameters, and tax efficiency.
- Investment Research & Model Recommendations: Conduct research on investment models and provide recommendations to optimize client portfolios.
- 401(k) Plan Analysis: Analyze 401(k) plans, assess investment options, and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards.
- 338 Oversight & Reporting: Support fiduciary responsibilities by overseeing investment selections and producing detailed reports.
- Lead Investment Committee Meetings: Provide insights on portfolio performance, market trends, and tax cost considerations while driving strategic investment discussions.
- Transition Management & Estimates: Assist in transition planning, estimate tax costs, and facilitate smooth portfolio transitions.
- Oversee All Investment Management Operations: Ensure all investment-related activities run efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in investment operations, trading, or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
- Familiarity with 401(k) plans and fiduciary investment oversight is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial software and trading

Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this in-person office job include the ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for tasks such as typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment, as well as reach with arms and hands. Clear communication through talking and hearing is essential, and close visual acuity is required for tasks like analyzing data, transcribing, using a computer, reading printed materials. The role also demands the ability to adjust focus for both close and distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
