We are seeking an Area Sales Specialist to support our Perspire Sauna Studios corporate studios in Costa Mesa, Newport Bluffs, Huntington Beach, and Irvine Crossroads. This role is essential in driving membership growth, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing the member experience across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do: Sales & Performance Coaching
- Conduct studio visits to assess sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Analyze key sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and membership sales.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Assistant Managers and Membership Sales Associates to enhance selling techniques.
- Develop and implement action plans that drive membership growth and sales performance.
Sales Strategy & Training
- Lead sales workshops on overcoming objections, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.
- Ensure consistency in sales execution across all locations by implementing best practices.
- Enhance the first-visit experience to increase conversion rates.
- Optimize lead management through AXLE CRM to track and improve performance.
Community Engagement & Growth Initiatives
- Coordinate and promote Tabling Events to generate new leads.
- Establish B2B partnerships with local businesses to drive awareness and membership growth.
- Recognize and celebrate top performers to foster motivation and engagement.
What You Bring:
- Proven sales leadership experience in retail, fitness, or a customer-facing industry.
- A strong track record of driving sales, coaching teams, and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to develop and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement data-driven sales strategies.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools (CRM systems) is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $45,000 - $55,000 base salary per year
- Annual cell phone budget (divided and paid out per pay period)
- Monthly Membership included (valid nationwide)
