Job Title: Studio Manager

Location: West Delray Beach, FL

Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time Studio Manager to join our leadership team in Delray Beach. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspire, coach, and lead a team of studio associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and to achieve sales goals. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Actively engage with guests, driving membership sales, retention, and ensuring a welcoming, positive studio environment. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
• Oversee daily studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring all processes are followed efficiently in a fun, professional environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
