Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in amplifying our brand, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring our messaging aligns with our mission. The ideal candidate should have strong writing, editing, and communication skills, high proficiency in Adobe InDesign, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with technical staff to create winning proposals. This includes writing qualification sections, integrating technical content, and editing for consistency and compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Create high-quality graphics for use in proposals and presentations.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as project descriptions, resumes, and content databases.
- Maintain marketing and business development information in the firm’s CRM system.
- Ensure that proposals and qualifications packages are produced and delivered on time.
- Research and post RFQ opportunities for technical staff to evaluate.
- Assist in go/no-go and proposal launch meetings.
- Content Creation: Assist in developing compelling marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Digital Marketing: Assist with email campaigns and social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Brand Management: Maintain consistency in branding across all materials and communication channels.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with technical and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express), Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience in the A/E/C industry.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry or a similar professional services environment.
- Familiarity with public sector RFP/RFQ processes is a plus.
- Passion for creativity, problem-solving, and contributing to impactful projects.
