As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining marketing technologies and automation tools, including updates and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams on routine tasks, project timelines, inquiries, and updates to ensure all marketing projects are completed on schedule.
- Track progress of multiple projects and provide updates to the marketing leader.
- Support office openings and relocations by coordinating communications with vendors and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), including data cleaning, audits, and updates to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Prepare client and talent NPS data and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy.
- Create and manage email sequences and automation for marketing campaigns, including uploading new client contacts.
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups to ensure clear communication.
- Assist in developing and refining marketing processes and supporting the evaluation of new tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in proofreading and self-editing.
- Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with project management software or tools.
