Key duties include : Qualify incoming phone call leads and incoming email leads by vetting the requests, researching firms, comparing to national lists and internal tracking tools. Develop prioritized hand off process to sales team with help and direction from the Director of Sales. Assist in developing sales and training and handouts to educate customer base. Promote and increase product awareness through phone conversations and e-mail communications. Confer or consult with the marketing department to plan advertising services and to secure information on products and customer specifications. Ideal candidate should have : Have 5 years in building product sales management. Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.
