Sales Representative - Commercial Construction Contractor
Our Opportunity
The Commercial Sales Representative performs various tasks to ensure growth, revenue, and profitability for the region for specialty contractor focused on insulation, fireproofing and flooring. Critical to the success of the position includes: Customer lead generations, prospecting and obtaining sales within assigned region, revenue growth and market penetration, expense management, existing customer management and new customer development.
Key duties include:
- Develop/maintain relationships with and provide technical support general contractors (GC’s) and residential customers throughout the region.
- Promote and increase awareness through presentations, phone conversations, and e-mail communications.
Ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3 years in sales, sales support or new business development experience.
- Construction experience or related highly desired.
- Able to quickly build trusted, honest relationships with current and new customers at multiple levels within a business.
- Quickly take action on customer concerns, investigate situations and recommend solutions.
