PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and troubleshoot computer software.
• Analyzes and resolves use of application software.
• Troubleshoots IT related incidents from software to hardware
• Repair, rebuild and refurbish mechanical equipment.
• Clean, inspect and prep equipment prior to shipping.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Have Networking experience
• Passionate desire to learn new technologies
• Must have mechanical experience
• Must have a positive attitude and communicate on a professional level
• Ability to function with limited supervision
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle max length 26' and have current driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
  
  
  

This position will mostly work at the Eighty Four, PA location (just south of Pittsburgh) repairing and refurbishing used equipment for sale, offering phone support, and supporting our own in-house service bureau. Up to 25% of the time will be spent traveling to customer sites to repair, move, or install equipment
