- Data-entry of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in QuickBooks
- Create purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the Sales Department
- Inventory control (picking parts, organizing parts)
- Data-entry of customer contact information and notes in CRM
- Prepare weekly staff meeting, remind staff about outstanding items
- Answer phones, maintain files, and office supplies
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff.
- Ability to draft and clearly communicate via email.
- Attention to detail, organization ability a must
- Accurate data entry skills required
- Candidate should possess basic computer skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas
- Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office programs
