We are currently seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to report to the President of the company.
COMPENSATION:
" Prepare weekly staff meeting, keep minutes, remind staff about outstanding items
" Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Quickbooks
" Create purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the Sales Deparment
" Data-entry of customer contact information and notes in CRM
" Answer phones
" Maintain files, and office supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
" Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with customers and staff
" Attention to detail, organization ability a must
" Accurate data entry skills required
" Candidate should possess excellent computer skills with experience in QuickBooks
" Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
" Contributes to team effort by completing necessary tasks, may be asked to assist in other areas
" 5 year office experience preferred
" Able to use and operate a computer with basic Microsoft office required
" Understand accounting principles
" Extensive knowledge of Excel (to combine, sort, and summarize large amounts of data).
