We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Construction Funding Inspector to join our team on a part-time, 1099 contractor basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct property inspections for construction funding projects, ensuring clear and accurate photographs and detailed documentation of the site. This is a flexible position perfect for individuals looking for supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Inspections: Contact borrowers and builders to coordinate and schedule property inspections.
- Conduct Inspections: Visit construction sites and take clear, comprehensive photographs that accurately document the current status of the project.
- Upload Reports: Organize and upload all inspection photos and documentation into the provided Microsoft OneDrive folder within 24 hours of accepting a job.
- Maintain Communication: Serve as a point of contact for scheduling updates or inspection inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take clear, high-quality photographs with a smartphone or camera.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable communicating with borrowers and builders in a professional manner.
- Basic proficiency with technology, including email, texting, and cloud-based storage platforms like Microsoft OneDrive.
Pay: $25 per inspection IRS mileage reimbursement (for inspections over 20 miles from home address)
