Key Responsibilities:

• Dial 400-500 Cold People a day (no need to generate your own leads/ we give you leads and you clean as you go)
• Consistently book 2-3 qualified appointments daily
• Actively participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions
• Maintain a teachable and coachable mindset for continuous growth
• Improve your Pitch consistently

Qualifications:

• 2 years proven success in tech/software sales (startup experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR/BDR with proven ability to book 2 meetings daily & Have a 50% show rate
• Exceptional English communication skills (perfect conversational English)
• Mastery of cold-calling techniques and objection handling
• The ability to be Hungry to grow FAST

Compensation & Growth:
