Landscape Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of landscape construction technicians, providing direction, training, and support.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape construction projects from planning to completion.
• Estimate and bid landscape construction jobs, both large and small, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and costs.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and team assignments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure proper installation of landscape features, including retaining walls, pathways, fences, patios, and other hardscape elements.
• Oversee site preparation, grading, excavation, and drainage solutions.
• Manage irrigation system installations and ensure proper watering schedules.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain job site safety, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape construction management or a related field.
• Ability to accurately estimate and bid landscape construction jobs.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
• Valid driver’s license required; relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
