Job Description:
As an Account Executive (AE), your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales process from the booked demo stage through to closing deals with Property Managers (PMs). This position is pivotal in ensuring a successful Consultation Process and providing a seamless transition for PMs into our partnership. Your role will involve a combination of preparation, outreach, pitch delivery, follow-up, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth and support our clients' pest control needs.

To thrive in this role, having experience in multifamily and single residential properties and startup and/or SaaS environments is preferred, as well as a proven ability to navigate the complexities of these industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Performing Demos:
- Conduct demos with prospective clients to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Deliver presentations with impeccable professionalism and industry knowledge.
- Continuously improve demo quality and presentation techniques.

Sales Outreach & Follow-Up:
- Organize and maintain an updated pipeline in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects within predetermined timeframes, providing relevant information and reminders.
- Engage with leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.

Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to fine-tune strategies and align efforts.
- Collaborate with sales team members to share insights and drive collective success.

Client Relationships:
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, tailoring solutions to meet specific challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Aid in preparing sales budgets and projections.
- Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.

Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
- Propose and implement actions to improve sales processes and drive revenue growth.
- Territory Management and Sales:
- Sell into the mid-market territory of property management companies managing 50 to 3,000 doors within your assigned region by calling and closing 50-75% of inbound sales leads.
- Source new clients through strategic outbound prospecting efforts.
- Meet or exceed regional sales quotas by effectively closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Travel within your assigned territory to meet with prospects and clients, strengthening relationships and ensuring successful partnerships.
- Attend conferences, local meetings, or industry events as required by management to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Industry Expertise:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in multifamily and/or single residential properties.
- Demonstrated success in startup and/or SaaS environments is required.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to articulate value propositions and conduct effective product demonstrations.

Interpersonal & Communication:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Travel:
- Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings as required by management. Travel 25% of the time per quarter within your territory to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
