Position Overview :
The Vendor Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of service providers across a multi-state territory. This role emphasizes strategic relationship management, operational cost efficiency, and the promotion of innovative program enhancements. The Vendor Manager will source, onboard, and oversee service providers to ensure compliance with company standards, optimize pricing agreements, and resolve escalations promptly.

Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Sourcing and Enrollment :
Identify and select new service providers that align with Pest Share’s values and operational standards.
Proactively source providers to secure market coverage in anticipation of new property management accounts.
Facilitate and manage the enrollment of service providers into the Pest Share network.
Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for all service providers in your portfolio, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Conduct quarterly account reviews to ensure ongoing alignment and performance standards.
Address escalations related to service requests promptly and effectively.
Increase mutual benefit and collaboration through enrolling in-network providers in the Preferred Provider Program.
Compliance and Documentation :
Maintain accurate and current documentation, including insurance, W-9s, licenses, and service agreements.
Assess and ensure compliance with Pest Share’s operational and service requirements.
Financial Oversight :
Monitor and evaluate service provider charge rates within assigned territories.
Negotiate pricing agreements to align with predetermined charge rate standards.
Protect work order spend by transitioning out-of-network providers to the in-network program or finding replacements.
Performance Metrics :
Meet established KPIs, including service provider coverage and charge rates.
Achieve active service provider onboarding goals within the first six months.
Innovation and Strategic Contribution :
Collaborate on program innovations that enhance Pest Share’s operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and act on opportunities to reduce expenses and support business growth.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, or procurement, ideally within a service-based or multi-state operational environment. Equivalent education may be accepted.
Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for managing vendor relationships and tracking performance.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills across distance technologies.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities to manage compliance and documentation.
Ability to work independently while contributing to the broader team’s objectives.
Experience in remote environments is a plus.
