Job Description :
As Responsible Certified Commercial Applicator , you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the health and well-being of our clients by providing expert pest management solutions in residential and commercial environments. You will oversee and execute pest control operations with precision, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Your responsibilities will include
Key Responsibilities :
Supervision and Training : Responsible for the supervision and training of all licensed personnel and the handling, storage and use of pesticides and devices by all employees of the business.
Pest Inspections : Conduct thorough inspections to identify types of pests, the extent of infestation, and potential entry points.
Treatment Application : Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments to eliminate and prevent pest infestations, ensuring the safety of occupants and the environment.
Customer Education : Educate clients on pest prevention and provide recommendations to maintain a pest-free environment.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of services provided, including details of inspections, treatments, and recommendations.
Equipment Maintenance : Properly handle and maintain pest control equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation.
Requirements :
Certified Applicator License : Possession of a valid TDA Certified Commercial Applicator license in accordance with state regulations.
Knowledge of Pests : Familiarity with common pests, their habits, and effective control methods.
Physical Fitness : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and crawling in confined spaces.
Customer-Focused : A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred :
License categories : Pest Control, Termite and Wood Destroying Insect Control, Lawn and Ornamental, and Weed Control
Experience : 5 years as a Certified Commercial Applicator; 2 years in each preferred category
