Pet Butler, LLC., a Spring-Green Enterprise company, offers an exciting part-time Seasonal Call Center Representative position at our National Call Center. Join us for a dynamic Spring season, working flexible shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This role is expected to continue for at least three months. Enjoy a competitive base wage plus commission, starting hourly pay is $18 and paid training to prepare you.

As a Seasonal Call Center Representative, you will report to the Call Center Manager, with support from team leads and senior call center staff. You’ll engage in meaningful interactions, answer service questions, qualify leads, and promote pet services. The ideal candidate will become proficient with our suite of pet service and call center tools like ARF, Precise Pet Care, RingCentral, and PoopNet. (Yes. You read that right!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, primarily through inbound sales calls.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, explaining recommended and available services and encouraging purchases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and solicit additional sales.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of sales, call center, and customer service experience.
- Pet Care experience is a plus.
- Typing skills of at least 45 WPM.
