Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a retail role, being a passionate pet owner is a plus
Working knowledge of retail POS systems
Must be comfortable handling cash
Maintaining store cleanliness at all times
Ability to stand on one’s feet for 8 hours or longer
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the work day
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and their needs
Team-player mentality
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
