Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to meet output targets while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Supervise and train production staff on assembly line operations and safety protocols.
• Oversee the use of power tools, hand tools, and machinery in the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with overall business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing facility.
