Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.
- Greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and visitor policies.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as packages, in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintaining accurate records, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Scheduling meetings, including luncheons, to facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Managing office supply inventory to ensure a sufficient stock of necessary materials.
- Organizing and maintaining the reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Maintaining front-end office equipment to prevent technical issues.
- Providing administrative support as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a fast-paced administrative office setting.
- Proficiency in computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Superior interpersonal skills, including outstanding telephone etiquette and face-to-face interaction.
