Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., a multi-state mining, mineral processing and construction materials company, is looking for an Industrial Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rapid City, SD. About the Role
As an Industrial Plant Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting, repairing, and installing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, augers, and motors.
- Diagnosing mechanical failures and implementing effective solutions.
- Hard-facing, fabricating steel components, and repairing machinery as needed.
- Assisting plant operations during downtime, conducting adjustments, and prioritizing conveyor maintenance.
- Keeping detailed maintenance logs and greasing schedules for all work performed.
- Performing housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
