Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales, Service and Parts Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in person, by phone, through email and on online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, parts and service. You will learn about and become fluent in our products and services so that you can assist and educate customers on all the products and equipment we carry and locate and sell parts as needed. You will keep customers engaged by maintaining our online presence to include posting our products and any promotions offered. Responsibilities also include inventory management and records.
Responsibilities
- Conduct friendly and professional customer interactions in person, over the phone and online.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs. Provide information on the products that will meet each customers needs and have the ability to close sales.
- Utilize inhouse systems to search parts, schedule services, complete sales and maintain inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members on developing strategies for lead generation and conversion to increase sales, build customer base and retain customers for repeat business.
- Stay informed about our products, product trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively promote and market our products.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably to product sales that include parts and service.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to learn and understand our products and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in person, over the phone and or online.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
