The position’s job responsibilities include:
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to meet annual and long-term revenue goals.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
- Manage the full grant lifecycle: research, write, submit, and report on grants.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email, and online giving.
- Lead the planning and execution of special events, including donor receptions and annual galas.
Donor Relations & Stewardship
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of major donors.
- Develop and implement donor recognition and stewardship strategies.
- Oversee donor database management, ensuring accurate records and timely acknowledgments.
Communications & Marketing
- Collaborate with the CEO and team to develop compelling fundraising materials.
- Create news updates, social media content, and annual reports that communicate impact and encourage giving.
Qualifications sought include:

- Event planning experience.
