Company Overview: With Peter’s highly curated collection that evokes emotions and stories, we aim to connect people to sacred moments, places, and awe for nature. The gallery also features the visionary photo collage work of Peter’s wife iMa, that represents the soul of Mother Nature in all her various forms. A visit to the gallery is an experience of Nature’s peak beauty and a reminder of how magical the natural world is. Responsibilities:

•     Greeting guests with enthusiasm.

•     Becoming well versed in all the details of the artwork, how the art is created, and how the art is sold, so you can educate and inspire guests.

•     Engaging guests in conversation that builds rapport, shares stories, makes them feel safe, and leads back to how excellent art increases their quality of life.

•     Clearly and concisely explaining our product features, Mockup Service, Reminder System, and Incentive System to get leads for any potential collectors.

•     Processing orders at the register - both small and large transactions.

•     Opening and closing the gallery.

•     Keeping the gallery looking clean and organized, and more.

Qualifications:

• Charismatic, fun, and shiny personality! Being a natural extrovert is required.
• A genuine love for nature and art, paired with the energy to spread that love.
• Great conversational skill and the ability to read people.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid computer skills. Proficiency using Mac and Photoshop preferred.
• Willingness to study company procedures and follow specified guidelines.
• Ability to juggle tasks and keep the gallery's energy buzzing.
• A love for interacting with lots of people throughout the day.
• A desire to strive for greatness.

Compensation:

• $25 per hour following a 2-month training/trial period at $22.50 per hour.
• Plus 3% sales commissions on all new leads you generate. Commissions will increase to 6% on all deals you close once you are trained and certified in making Mockups and doing lead follow ups.
