The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining a healthy safety culture and compliance with company safety policy. They will also ensure the project meets or exceeds its financial objectives, oversee and monitor each stage of development, coordinate daily/weekly meetings, and manage long lead delivery times. Additionally, they will oversee and approve monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections, as well as review, approve, and negotiate change orders.
